依据欧盟建筑指令Directive 89/106/EEC（CPD-construction products directive）规定，地板类产品出口欧盟国家需要通过欧洲的强制性CE认证，其中实木地板强制执行日期为2008年3月1日，强化地板的强制日期为2007年1月1日。
