目前建材CE认证的现行法规为CPR，CPR（RETULATION （EU） No 305/2011 – CPR）是2011年3月9日欧盟颁布了新的建筑产品法规，取代了旧的建筑产品指令（89/106/EEC – CPD），并通告CPR将于2013年7月进入强制执行阶段。板材属于CE认证中建材指令范围，需要根据该法规进行认证。
